Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health Residential Facility

Dalia Homecare is seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight for our Behavioral Health Residential Facilities serving children and adolescents. The RN will help ensure safe, compliant, and coordinated nursing care across the program.

• Complete nursing assessments for new admissions and current residents.
• Review medical histories, diagnoses, allergies, medications, and provider orders.
• Develop and update resident nursing care plans.
• Provide clinical oversight of medication administration and storage.
• Review Medication Administration Records (MARs) and correct documentation concerns.
• Train and assess staff on medication administration and health-related procedures.
• Monitor medication errors, adverse reactions, injuries, illnesses, and changes in condition.
• Coordinate care with pharmacies, physicians, behavioral health providers, hospitals, and guardians.
• Provide follow-up after hospital visits, incidents, medication changes, and medical appointments.
• Administer injections and other ordered treatments when required.
• Conduct medication-room and resident-record audits.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support regulatory compliance.
• Participate in staff meetings, quality-improvement activities, and licensing reviews when needed.
• Remain available for clinical consultation according to the agreed-upon schedule.

• Current, unrestricted Arizona Registered Nurse license.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one.
• Experience in behavioral health, pediatrics, residential care, or psychiatric nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of medication management, clinical documentation, and infection-control practices.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, direct-care staff, providers, and leadership.

Contract or part-time, based on availability and program needs.
