NICU RN – Phoenix, AZ

Shift: AM, 07:00–19:30, 3x12-hour shifts
Contract Length: 167 contract weeks available
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Facility Details:

• Floating required to PICU and CVICU, and potentially across all 4 campuses:
  • Main – 1919 East Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ
  • Arrowhead – 19007 N. 67th Avenue, Glendale, AZ
  • Avondale – 1665 North Avondale Blvd, Avondale, AZ
  • East Valley – 3370 S Mercy Road, Gilbert, AZ
• Only RTO discussed at interview will be pre-approved
• Vaccination: COVID-19 recommended, not required;
  Flu required October–April (exemption must be approved by Phoenix Children's prior to start; unvaccinated staff must sign Declination & Masking agreements and mask through respiratory virus season)

Requirements:

• 2 years of RN experience in NICU required, with PICU and CVICU experience
• Level III or IV NICU experience strongly preferred
• Children's hospital experience preferred
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Active AZ RN license or compact state license with multistate privileges (or ability to obtain AZ licensure prior to start)
• Active BLS – AHA required
• Active PALS – AHA required
• Current Advanced NRP certification required
