Registered Nurse (RN) | Pediatrics
Location: Apache Junction, AZ
Agency: Pioneer Healthcare Services
Pay: $2,155 to $2,222 per week
Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours

If you want to make a significant impact as a Registered Nurse - Pediatric Progressive Care Unit (PPCU) in Apache Junction, AZ this position might be what you are looking for!
Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of pediatric growth, development, and age-specific care needs.
- Ability to assess and respond to pediatric emergencies, including respiratory distress and sepsis.
- Provide specialized intermediate-level care to pediatric patients who are too critical for a general pediatric unit but do not require intensive care.
- Assist with post-surgical recovery, respiratory distress management, cardiac monitoring, and chronic illness care.
- AZ Registered Nurse license
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
- Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) preferred
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN-Pediatric) certification preferred
- BLS Certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
- Pay: $2,155.21 - $2,221.87 / week
- Location: Apache Junction, AZ
- Assignment Length: 13
- Shift: Night 3x12 - up to 36.00 hours per week
- Setting: Hospital
- Workplace: On-site
