Job Opportunity – Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool RN – Arizona
Start Date: September 28, 2026
Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM); shift assignment determined during interview. Assignment runs through March 27, 2027.

- Float pool position rotating between CVICU, NICU, and PICU units

- COVID-19 vaccination recommended; seasonal flu vaccination required October through April (exemptions available with prior approval)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in pediatric critical care
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Diploma in Nursing
- Current Arizona RN license or compact state license with multistate privileges (or ability to obtain Arizona licensure prior to start date)
- Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association
- Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association
- Current Advanced NRP certification
- Level III or IV NICU hospital experience preferred
- Children's hospital experience preferred
