Registered Nurse – Adult Corrections

Ro Health is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team at an adult jail in Arizona! This position plays a vital role in providing essential healthcare services to incarcerated adults, ensuring a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment within the facility.

  Phoenix, AZ
• Schedule:
  
  3 nights, 12-hour shifts
• 13 week Minimum Assignment
• Employment Type:
  
  Contract

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license (in good standing)
• At least 1 year of RN experience in a fast-paced environment
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
• Valid TB Test for the last year
• N95 Fit test using one of the following masks: #46867 (small) and #46767 (regular)
• Ability to pass a strict background check and fingerprint clearance

• Provide direct nursing care including assessments, medication administration, and treatments
• Monitor the health status of patients and respond promptly to medical needs or emergencies
• Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health providers, and facility staff on care plans
• Administer wound care, manage chronic conditions, and perform necessary clinical procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records per facility guidelines
• Foster a compassionate and structured environment for adults in custody
