Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care across LevelIII–IV NICUs and LevelII Special Care Nurseries.
- Work flexible 12‑ and 24‑hour shifts.
- Collaborate with neonatologists for deliveries and NICU care.
- Partner with in‑house neonatology for patient management.
- Cover LevelII units 24/7 as an in‑house NNP.
- No transport duties.
- Current APRN national specialty certification in neonatology.
- Minimum master’s degree.
- New graduate Neonatal Nurse Practitioners are welcomed.
