• Thorough Maintenance:
  Perform all aspects of pool upkeep according to contract. This may include brushing waterline tiles, skimming debris, and maintaining overall pool cleanliness.
• Water Quality Management:
  Test and balance water chemistry with precision, ensuring optimal conditions for swimming and relaxation.
• Equipment Care:
  Empty baskets, backwash filters, and perform necessary maintenance tasks to keep pool systems running smoothly.
• Customer Interaction:
  Engage with customers courteously and professionally, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our service.
• Technological Proficiency:
  Utilize tools such as cell phones and our Pool Brain platform for efficient task management and communication.

• Physical Aptitude:
  Ability to lift heavy objects, withstand various weather conditions, and perform repetitive tasks with ease.
• Swimming Proficiency:
  Comfort and competence in the water are essential for this role.
• Self-motivation:
  Work independently, achieving a 100% success rate in completing tasks without supervision.
• Driver's License:
  Hold a valid state driver's license; we provide a company vehicle and maintenance on company vehicles.
