Crew Members perform a variety of landscape maintenance activities. This includes the use of hand tools and operating a variety of power-driven equipment.

$15.15-$17.50/hour

• Lawn mowing and edging
• Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Responsible for general clean-up and trash removal
• Use of power and hand tools
• Operate power riding mowers, chainsaws, pole saws, blowers, weed eaters, chippers, gas hedge trimmers and other equipment and vehicles
• Perform skilled and unskilled maintenance work involving strenuous tasks often under adverse climatic conditions
• Understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
• Work safely and efficiently with others
• Maintain adherence to all OSHA standards
• Operating company vehicle to work site and around work site
• Reporting equipment failures for repair
• Perform any other miscellaneous assigned duties

• Must be able to work safely
• Must be able to start as early as 4:30AM
• Safely operate small pieces of equipment (power and hand tools)
• Must be able to pass driving test if hired as a driver
• Experience driving a work truck and trailer is a plus
• Arizona Driver License and acceptable MVR record (39 months)

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, squat and kneel for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in adverse conditions such as excessive heat
• Able to work in and around various plants and landscaping materials
