We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys leading others, and is ready to grow into a long-term leadership position.

Position Summary

The Crew Leader is responsible for leading a landscape maintenance crew to complete residential and commercial properties safely, efficiently, and to company standards. This role includes training and mentoring team members, managing daily operations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 1-4 team members on landscape maintenance projects
• Ensure all work is performed safely and meets company quality standards
• Train, coach, and develop crew members to improve skills and confidence
• Communicate effectively with clients and office staff regarding schedules, progress, and concerns
• Maintain proper use and care of equipment and materials
• Model professionalism, teamwork, and company values at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance (crew lead or supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and mentor team members
• Dependability, integrity, and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate landscaping equipment safely

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $21.00 to $28.00 per hour, and is dependent on your experience as a lawncare or landscaping professional as well as in leading a team.
