* About the Role:

* As a CBRE Landscape Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the condition and appearance of grounds, plants, and foliage for a designated property.

This job is part of the Landscaping function. They are responsible for the delivery of gardening and landscaping services to one of our clients in the  
** Downtown Phoenix area.
* Monday - Friday 6 - 2:30*
* ** What You'll Do:*
* + Perform all landscape responsibilities within standard scope of duties. This includes mowing grass, trimming bushes, and trees, light irrigation etc.

+ Conduct daily maintenance requirements on site.

+ Assist supervisor with regular site inspections.

+ Protect the organization and clients from damage and loss. Report landscape damage to supervisor.

+ Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having opportunity to exercise discretion.

+ Follow clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.

+ Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

** What You'll Need:*
* + High School Diploma or equivalent, and two years of relevant experience preferred.

+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information in a clear and concise manner.

+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.

+ To qualify for this role you will need to successfully complete a background check, physical and a drug test including Marijuana

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $160,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $190,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend's applicable benefit program.
