Diagnose, repair, adjust, and maintain commercial irrigation and sprinkler systems to ensure proper operation;
Monitor irrigation performance and identify leaks, broken sprinkler heads, valve issues, timer/controller problems, and water coverage concerns;
Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal adjustments to irrigation systems;
Maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, flower beds, and landscaped areas through mowing, trimming, pruning, planting;
Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides as directed
