Pawfect Pet & House Sitter is a professional pet sitting company that provides pet owners peace of mind and security knowing their pets are in good, loving hands. We are reliable, affordable, and love animals.

We are looking for motivated and positive dog and cat lovers to join our growing team. This part‑time role involves walking dogs, checking in on pets, and providing daily care in the Arcadia/Biltmore & Scottsdale areas.

This position is specifically for Arcadia/Biltmore/Scottsdale and must be within a 5‑10 mile radius of the following areas:

• Anthem
• New River
• Tramonto/Desert Hills
• Cave Creek
• Carefree
• Scottsdale
• Arcadia/Biltmore
• Glendale
• Peoria

• Provide lots of TLC, walk dogs, feed dogs and cats, change cat litter, administer pills, and pick up after pets.
• Take in mail and newspapers, water plants, and clean bowls.
• Communicate with pet parents and send regular visit updates.
• Be able to “speak dog” and have “cat conversations” – a plus.

• Professional yet casual attire with a well‑kept appearance; no nose, lip, brow piercings or visible tattoos.
• Must have a reliable vehicle for travel.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible weekday slots.

• Starting pay $500–$1,000+ per month plus bonuses and growth potential.
• Paid training, continuing education, and Pet CPR & First Aid certification.
• Paid days off for holidays and the ability to work flexible weekends.
• Liability insurance and bonding, employee incentives, contests, prizes, and other perks.
• Direct deposit twice a month.

• Available between 7‑10 a.m., 11‑2 p.m., 4‑7 p.m. on weekdays.
• Flexible weekends and holidays.
• Work may vary between regular daily visits, vacation client schedules, and occasional late‑day visits.

Our team includes experienced dog walkers, busy moms, vet techs and students, retirees, college students, freelancers, artists, musicians, authors, dog trainers, and former walkers from other companies.
