- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of pharmaceutical development or manufacturing projects.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GCP, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Track milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule.
- Facilitate effective communication across internal teams and external partners.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, change controls, and audits as required.
- Support tech transfer, scale‑up, validation, and other CMC activities as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical development processes and regulatory expectations.
- Excellent project management, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience with GMP, GCP, or CMC operations preferred.
