Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Safety Technician to support the safe execution of electrical installations in a semiconductor environment. This role is critical to maintaining compliance with safety standards, conducting inspections, and promoting a culture of safety across all phases of the project. The Safety Technician will work closely with project teams to identify hazards, implement controls, and ensure adherence to site-specific safety protocols.

Responsibilities- Monitor daily work activities to ensure compliance with OSHA, company, and site-specific safety standards
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across electrical install zones
- Support incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Maintain and update safety documentation, including JHAs, permits, and training records
- Deliver safety orientations and toolbox talks to crews and subcontractors
- Collaborate with foremen, project managers, and client safety teams to resolve safety concerns
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safe operation of equipment and tools
- Track and report safety metrics and trends to leadership
Minimum 2 years of safety experience in construction or industrial environments
- NFPA 70E and OSHA 30 certification required; CHST or other safety credentials preferred
- Familiarity with semiconductor protocols a plus
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-risk environments with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management software
- Candidate must have the following certifications: NFPA 70E and OSHA 30
