The role also collaborates with the Learning and Development team to identify safety-related learning needs and support training content development.

  • Assist with new-hire onboarding, including required safety orientation and training.

Learning & Development Support

  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to gather safety-related learning needs, field examples, and practical information from project sites — including on-site photos, experience-sharing, and other reference materials to support learning content development.
  • Provide field information and practical experience to support the development and maintenance of safety training materials and related learning resources, based on EHS or L&D needs.
  • Collect feedback from learners and field teams to support continuous improvement of learning content, and facilitate objective, fact-based communication among EHS, L&D, and field operations.

  • Comfortable collecting feedback from diverse stakeholders and synthesizing it for use by others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort learning new digital tools (e.g., LMS platforms, incident-reporting systems).
