As a Construction Quality Control Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all construction activities meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance while supporting the successful delivery of projects.
Department: Construction Management
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Compensation: $45.00 - $65.00 / hour
Responsibilities- Implement project Quality Control plans and procedures
- Ensure construction work complies with drawings, specifications, contracts, and applicable codes
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality reviews
- Coordinate inspections and testing of materials and workmanship
- Identify, document, and manage non-conformances and corrective actions
- Maintain and transmit accurate quality records, reports, and documentation
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of quality
- Work on site on per diem projects in California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas
- 10 years of testing, inspection, and quality management experience with increasing responsibility.
- Proven experience in construction quality control or quality management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Proficient in quality reporting and documentation systems
- Must be willing to travel to remote job sites
