Hot Foot Recruiters is hiring QA/QC Inspectors to support quality control operations on semiconductor construction projects in Phoenix, AZ. This role focuses on hands‑on inspections, documentation, and field coordination in a fast‑paced, high‑tech construction environment.
Position: QA/QC Inspector
Location: North Phoenix, AZ
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $60,000 – $75,000 DOE
Responsibilities- Perform daily QC inspections, including installation and workmanship verification
- Conduct visual inspections (VT Level) for welding and piping systems
- Verify construction work against drawings, specifications, and P&
- Perform inspections, including:
- Material inspection
- Welding bead inspection
- Label verification (gas flow, weld bead, continuity, white labels)
- Pressure test support and purge verification
- Support non‑conformance tracking (NCRs) and assist with corrective actions
- Participate in site walkthroughs, inspections, and quality meetings
- Prepare and maintain QC documentation, reports, and inspection records
- Review test results and assist with report uploads and documentation
- Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and field teams to resolve quality issues
- Support QA/QC processes in cleanroom or controlled environments
- Spend significant time on‑site supporting active construction work
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English (huge plus)
- ISO 9712 VT Level 2 OR ASNT / Employer Qualified VT Level II preferred
- ISO 9712 VT Level 1 required (must be willing to obtain Level 2 after hire)
- Open to junior to mid‑level candidates with inspection experience
- Experience in construction QA/QC, welding inspection, or piping systems preferred
- Basic understanding of drawings, P&, and quality control processes
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work with field teams
- Comfortable working in a physically active, field‑based environment
- Ability to learn quickly and support fast‑paced project needs
- Dependable, proactive, and willing to grow within QA/QC
