Our Solar business delivers industry leading, U.S.

-made solar components. We manufacture hyper-pure polysilicon, high-quality solar wafers, and innovative photovoltaic modules, leveraging our leadership in advanced manufacturing to serve growing energy demand. You will be a part of advancing critical U.S. supply chains and delivering unmatched quality and reliability to customers.

** Role Purpose*
* In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of outgoing material and supporting Customer relationships. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement projects while staying updated on industry standards and best practices to enhance quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Monitor non-standard processes to identify and address deviations or non-conformities.

+ Assist with Customer audits and data requests.

+ Investigate customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams to determine root causes and corrective actions.

+ Track and report on the implementation of improvement measures to prevent reoccurrence.

+ Assist with internal and external quality audits, including ISO
9001 and customer-specific certifications.

+ Ensure all processes meet the required standards and prepare for customer factory inspections.

+ Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.

+ Maintain accurate quality records, including inspection reports, audit findings, and corrective action plans.

+ Update and revise quality documentation as needed to reflect process or product changes.

+ Provide quality training for production teams to improve awareness and adherence to quality standards.

Experience/

Education:

+ Diploma or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

+ Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control/assurance, preferably in solar or electronics manufacturing.

+ Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, and MSA.

+ Familiarity with ISO
9001 and photovoltaic manufacturing standards.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

+ Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MES software.

+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

+ Commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Experiences/Education - Desired

+ Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese is a plus.

* The range for this position is $48,530.00 - $66,729.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
