Final Inspector / In-Process Dimensional Inspector (Aerospace)

Location:

North Phoenix - 2688 E Rose Garden Ln, Phoenix, AZ 85050

Shift Options:
Day shift or Night Shift (20% differential pay)
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.

Responsibilities:

Dimensional Inspection:
Measure precision aerospace parts using manual gages.

Blueprints & GD&T:
Interpret complex engineering drawings and geometric  Audits:
Check parts during production to catch defects early.

Final Inspection:
Conduct ultimate quality checks prior to customer shipment.

Documentation:
Record inspection results, fill out logs, and sign off certifications.

Non-Conformance Routing:
Isolate, tag, and document defective parts (NCRs).Equipment Care:
Verify tool calibration and clean measurement instruments daily.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years Aerospace Final Inspector / In-Process Dimensional Inspector experience

CMM experience desired, but not required

Experience with dial bore gages, Mueller gages, indicator mics, Sunnen gages etc.

Must be very knowledgeable of GD&TExperience in fast Paced Environment Self-starter and team oriented

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and sit or stand up to 8 hours per dayDue to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.
