Quality Inspector

• Perform incoming inspection of raw materials and components to ensure they meet specified requirements.
• Conduct in-process inspections to identify any potential issues or non-conformities in the production process.
• Initiate corrective actions to address identified quality issues and prevent their recurrence.
• Adhere to and enforce strict compliance with AS9100 quality management system standards.
• Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection tools. Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) is highly preferred.
• Document inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes, and inputting data into quality database.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement and improve quality control programs.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior inspection staff as needed.
• Participate in internal and external audits, as well as quality assurance testing of prototypes and production samples.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Inspector role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Proven experience in conducting incoming and in-process inspections.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate and implement effective corrective actions.
• In-depth knowledge of AS9100 quality management system or similar.
• Hands‑on experience with precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection tools. CMM experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
