Final Inspector​/ In-Process Dimensional Inspector; Aerospace

• Day shift
• Night Shift (20% differential pay)

• Dimensional Inspection:
  Measure precision aerospace parts using manual gages.
• Blueprints & GD&T:
  Interpret complex engineering drawings and geometric symbols.
• In-Process Audits:
  Check parts during production to catch defects early.
• Final Inspection:
  Conduct ultimate quality checks prior to customer shipment.
• Documentation:
  Record inspection results, fill out logs, and sign off certifications.
• Non-Conformance Routing:
  Isolate, tag, and document defective parts (NCRs).
• Equipment Care:
  Verify tool calibration and clean measurement instruments daily.

• Minimum 3 years Aerospace Final Inspector / In-Process Dimensional Inspector experience.
• CMM experience desired, but not required.
• Experience with dial bore gages, Mueller gages, indicator mics, Sunnen gages, etc.
• Very knowledgeable of GD&T.
• Experience in fast paced environment.
• Self-starter and team oriented.
• U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status required.
• Must be able to work 40+ hours per week in a fast paced, high-demand, quality environment.
• Must have sufficient verbal and written communication skills and good problem solving skills.

• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and sit or stand up to 8 hours per day.
