** Description*
* The Quality Team Lead is responsible for overseeing quality control processes in the solar manufacturing plant, ensuring that products meet industry standards and company specifications. This role involves supervising quality technicians, coordinating inspections, troubleshooting defects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

** Quality Control & Assurance:*
* + Ensure all products meet required quality standards and customer specifications.

+ Conduct inspections and audits throughout the production process to detect defects or deviations.

+ Enforce adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant quality and environmental standards.

+ Implement and monitor corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.

** Team Supervision & Training:*
* + Lead, mentor, and train quality technicians and inspectors.

+ Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to team members.

+ Ensure the team follows standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

** Process Improvement & Compliance:*
* + Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.

+ Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.

+ Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and implement corrective actions.

+ Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to quality metrics and compliance.

** Customer & Supplier Interaction:*
* + Collaborate with suppliers to resolve raw material quality issues.

+ Address customer concerns regarding product quality and drive resolution.

+ Participate in customer and third-party audits as required.

* Qualifications & Skills:

*
* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred) OR equivalent experience.

+ 3+ years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment (solar or electronics preferred).

+ Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing principles.

+

Experience with tools such as FMEA, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis.
