Set up projects and manage team expectations
Train inspectors on work instructions and procedures
Inspect parts and ensure quality standards are met Communicate with customers and job site contacts
Ensure safety and company requirements are followed
Verify tools, equipment, and gauges
Complete project paperwork and reporting
Step in as acting supervisor when needed
Travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses
What We’re Looking For Leadership or team lead experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Flexible and adaptable to changing environments
Positive attitude and self-motivated
Detail-oriented
Willingness to travel
Leadership experience preferred — training provided
