We are seeking a Quality Coordinator to join our team at our Lindstrom, MN location.

Responsibilities include:

Daily troubleshooting of production floor issues.
Non-Conforming Material management - quarantine/disposition/reworking as applicable.
Measurement experience is necessary, helpful to have experience with basic measurement tools (calipers), Keyence/OGP Vision Systems, Color Eye
Product/Process Support documentation creation and inspection process development/improvement
Calibration;
All duties including scheduling, coordinating, performing, and record keeping.
Receiving Inspection - setup, performing, record keeping
Creating Certs for finished products, SPC data, CoC & CoA data.
Quality Support (PPAP, FAIs, NCM, CAPA, Quality Alerts, Pictures)
Must have ISO 9001 quality system and blueprint reading experience.
Computer experience necessary - helpful to have experience in Excel, IQMS, Minitab, Customer-Specific internet-based portals
Operator / QC Personnel Training
Quality Inspector Backup

Experience:

Quality Control: 2 years (Preferred)
Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location:

In person

6:30am - 3pm M-F;
Weekend overtime available
