Job Description
** Your role:
*** Process inbound customer packages and kits by disassembling, removing used materials, and routing items to the next operation.
* Transport packages to and from delivery trucks and manage material flow within operations.
* Clean, sort, prepare, and build kits and materials for reuse, including consumables and device components.
* Prepare and test devices by cleaning, charging, purging data, scanning, upgrading software, and validating functionality using computer-assisted testing.
* Perform accurate inventory transactions and segregate nonfunctional devices for further evaluation or repair.
** You're the right fit if:
*** High School Diploma or GED required, with 2+ years of experience in product testing, distribution, inspection, and/or inventory control.
* Proficiency with Windows-based applications, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast‐paced environment while following detailed work instructions.
* Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and sensitivity to patient data and confidentiality.
* You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
* Experience with electronic medical devices, testing equipment, simulators, and order fulfillment is a plus
** How we work together
** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a full-time onsite role Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

** The pay range for this position in AZ is $14.96 to $23.94, plus overtime eligible.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
