Assistant Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Quality Manager to support quality operations within a manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional who is passionate about continuous improvement, process excellence, and leading teams to achieve high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS)

• Drive quality improvement initiatives and reduce defects

• Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes

• Assist with audits, compliance activities, and quality reporting

• Support continuous improvement programs utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

Qualifications
:

?

Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), preferably ISO 9001

? Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC)

?

Experience with Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies

? Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

? Manufacturing or industrial quality experience preferred
