Quality Control / Manager, QA Specialist / Manager, Quality Technician/ Inspector
We are seeking a Quality Assurance / Quality Control professional to support fabrication activities across Ovivo’s Dallas Fab Shop, suppliers, and vendors. In this role, you will help ensure products meet customer specifications, applicable standards, and Ovivo’s quality expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
What You Will Do- Support the enhancement and ongoing effectiveness of the QA/QC management system
- Plan, execute, and score quality inspections at the Dallas Fab Shop, subcontractor locations, and vendor sites
- Arrange and complete all required nondestructive testing
- Coordinate with the fab shop Project Manager on quality‑related matters
- Perform and document receipt inspections
- Distribute applicable QA/QC documentation to the production team
- Verify that quality activities comply with customer specifications, standards, and internal requirements
- Prepare for and support internal and external quality audits
- Compile and maintain quality control documentation for as‑built handover throughout the life of projects
- Utilize advanced tools and techniques, including 3D scanning, to support high‑quality fabrication
- Manage nonconformance reports and execute corrective and remedial actions
- Review customer specifications and ensure ongoing compliance
- Maintain current and accurate technical documents related to quality control
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Travel:
Infrequent travel required, up to 20%, for inspection of offsite fabrications - Onsite at Phoenix, AZ Fab Shop
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- More than four years of related industry experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The pay range for this position is $80,000-$105,000. Several factors are considered when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
