Hot Foot Recruiters is hiring a QA/QC Supervisor to lead quality control operations for a growing construction and engineering services company supporting high‑tech semiconductor projects in North Phoenix, AZ. This role will oversee inspection workflows, quality documentation, field quality standards, and coordination between project leadership, field teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.
This position is ideal for an experienced QA/QC professional who can lead quality programs, manage inspection teams, enforce standards, and support successful project execution in a fast‑paced construction environment.

Location: North Phoenix, AZ | On‑Site
Type: Full‑Time | Direct Hire
Pay Range: $85,000–$95,000 DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full‑Time, subject to project needs
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities- Lead QA/QC activities across active semiconductor construction project scopes.
- Supervise quality inspections, walkdowns, audits, and field verification activities.
- Ensure construction work complies with project drawings, specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Review and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, checklists, logs, and turnover packages.
- Identify non‑conforming work and lead corrective action follow‑up.
- Coordinate with project managers, field engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Support root cause analysis, rework investigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and guide field teams on quality expectations, inspection procedures, and documentation standards.
- Monitor project quality progress and help ensure milestones align with schedule requirements.
- Partner with safety teams to ensure work meets both QA/QC and EHS expectations.
- Provide regular quality updates to project leadership and management.
- 5+ years of QA/QC, quality management, field inspection, or construction quality experience preferred.
- Prior experience leading QA/QC teams, inspectors, examiners, or field quality personnel preferred.
- Semiconductor, MEP, piping, welding, equipment installation, cleanroom, or high‑tech construction experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction quality standards, drawings, specifications, and inspection processes.
- Experience with QA/QC documentation, inspection checklists, NCRs, corrective actions, and turnover packages.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and quality tracking/reporting tools.
- Comfortable walking active construction sites and coordinating with field teams.
- OSHA 30 preferred.
- Mandarin‑English bilingual ability is a plus.
