About the Role

Cleanpart USA is seeking a Process Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing components in accordance with company policies, customer specifications, and leadership guidance. You will gain general knowledge of all production areas, process parts at a basic level, and understand work priorities while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This position requires close collaboration with Production Management and team members to meet departmental goals and uphold safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety:
    Perform all work safely for self and others; promptly report incidents, injuries, or near misses; comply with PPE and safety procedures.
  • Quality:
    Ensure high-quality work without deviation from approved processes; report defects and non-conformities; participate in root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Documentation:
    Generate and maintain accurate quality records, including process travelers, inspection records, and non‑conformance reports.
  • Certification:
    Achieve and maintain certification in one or more work centers.
  • Production:
    Process products efficiently and accurately while meeting delivery schedules.
  • Inspections:
    Conduct in‑process and final inspections to ensure compliance with procedures.
  • System Maintenance:
    Report equipment operating in unsafe or out‑of‑spec conditions.
  • Calibration:
    Report tools or equipment due for calibration to ensure compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Participate in defect resolution, preventative actions, and improvement initiatives.
  • Special Projects:
    Complete assignments as directed by leadership.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read and understand job travelers/routers and documentation sign‑off processes.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, ERP systems).
  • Proficiency in part handling and damage prevention techniques.
  • Familiarity with visual inspection techniques and rejection criteria.
  • General understanding of cleanroom protocols.
  • Safe use of basic hand tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, multimeters, etc.).
  • Basic math and geometry skills (e.g., measuring distances, thickness, heights, volumes).
Compensation

Hourly range: $19–$23 per hour. Salary may be adjusted based on scope, responsibilities, experience, education/training, job‑related skills, internal equity, market and business considerations, and geographic adjustments if authorized to work outside the listed location.
