Inspect rework and assembly performed by others, and solder electronic components per IPC-A-610 and J-STD;
Read and interpret technical data such as component maintenance manuals, POs, and customer documentation;
Generate Authorized Release Certificates (ARC) and Certificates of Conformance;
Ensure no defects in assembly, soldering, bonding, or finish;
Maintain appropriate record keeping and conform to standards and customer requirements
