The RoleThe Senior Manager, Quality Management System (QMS) is responsible for developing, maintaining, and leading Lucid’s enterprise‑level Quality Management System in alignment with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, internal standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. This role drives cross‑functional governance, compliance, continuous improvement, and systemic quality excellence across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Field Quality, and Customer Experience.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Quality Management Systems, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, or Regulatory Compliance.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience leading an IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System.
- Deep expertise in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PFMEA/DFMEA, Control Plans, CAPA, and risk management.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform the essential duties of the position, including understanding work instructions, safety procedures, and job‑related communications.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- ASQ CQE, CMQ/OE, or related certifications.
- Experience leading enterprise QMS transformation or digital quality initiatives.
- Electric vehicle manufacturing experience.
Regular onsite engagement is required to support governance activities, audits, process reviews, and strategic quality initiatives.
