Perform detailed inspections of incoming materials (solar cells, glass, frames) to ensure quality standards;
Monitor cell assembly, lamination, framing, and testing stages for defects;
Conduct electrical and mechanical testing of solar panels and analyze results;
Maintain accurate records of inspection results and corrective actions;
Assist with training production staff on quality control processes and standards
