QA​/QC Lead

Hot Foot Recruiters is hiring a Quality Engineer to support quality control and compliance within a semiconductor‑related manufacturing and construction environment. This role is ideal for candidates with cleanroom experience and exposure to tool installation (hook‑up), who are detail‑oriented and comfortable working in high‑standard environments.

Position: Quality Engineer

Location: Phoenix, AZ (85085)

Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Schedule: M‑F 8A‑5P (subject to change to match construction engineering team)

Pay Range: $85,000 – $90,000 DOE

• Perform quality inspections and ensure work complies with project specifications and quality standards
• Support quality documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping for internal and client requirements
• Assist in monitoring installation work, including tool hook‑up and related systems
• Identify quality issues, track non‑conformance items, and support corrective actions
• Collaborate with engineers, field teams, and subcontractors to maintain quality compliance
• Participate in quality walkthroughs and inspections on‑site
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to established procedures

• High school diploma or above required
• Experience in cleanroom environments (bunny suit required)
• Experience or exposure to tool hook‑up / installation work preferred
• Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work on‑site in active construction or manufacturing environments
• Hands‑on experience in semiconductor or high‑tech environments preferred.
• Familiar with installation workflows and quality checks
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
