Construction QA/QC Manager

Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Construction QA/QC Manager to join their team. As a Construction QA/QC Manager, you will be part of the Construction Management team supporting project, construction, quality, commissioning, procurement, design, and operations stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and adaptability which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
  • Oversee quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes throughout the construction period and ensure conformance to project requirements.
  • Review contractor Quality Management Plans (QMP), QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and test plans.
  • Execute project audits, analyze audit data, and report on compliance, conformance, and quality metrics.
  • Identify quality issues, drive corrective and preventive actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate onsite with contractors and project stakeholders to ensure quality requirements and inspections are successfully completed.
What's Needed?
  • Bachelor's degree in construction project management, architecture, engineering, quality management, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience on data center projects or similar industries.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Project Management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite, BIM, Bluebeam, PowerBI, and construction software tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
