Construction QA/QC Manager
Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Construction QA/QC Manager to join their team. As a Construction QA/QC Manager, you will be part of the Construction Management team supporting project, construction, quality, commissioning, procurement, design, and operations stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and adaptability which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:
Phoenix, AZ Pay Range: $74.13 - $79.85/hour
- Oversee quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes throughout the construction period and ensure conformance to project requirements.
- Review contractor Quality Management Plans (QMP), QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and test plans.
- Execute project audits, analyze audit data, and report on compliance, conformance, and quality metrics.
- Identify quality issues, drive corrective and preventive actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate onsite with contractors and project stakeholders to ensure quality requirements and inspections are successfully completed.
- Bachelor's degree in construction project management, architecture, engineering, quality management, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience on data center projects or similar industries.
- Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Project Management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite, BIM, Bluebeam, PowerBI, and construction software tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
- Opportunity to oversee and drive continuous improvement initiatives with strong business impact.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across construction, quality, commissioning, procurement, design, and operations.
- Gain exposure to quality auditing, data analytics, and process improvement activities on major projects.
- Contribute to maintaining the highest standards of performance, functionality, and safety.
- Potential for contract extension beyond the initial 6-month engagement.
