Supplier Quality Specialist

• Coordinate the supplier creation process with the Supplier Performance Team
• Manage vendor account maintenance and maintain complete, up-to-date records of supply-chain certifications and approvals
• Produce monthly Supplier Performance data, including Supplier Scorecards and On Holds and Rejection data
• Compile analytical Supplier Performance data and identify focused areas for action and improvement
• Generate periodic strategic Supplier Risk Analysis and similar data to support Supplier Performance objectives
• Manage and maintain Self Release audit and maintenance processes
• Report areas of concern to the Supplier Performance Team for action implementation
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 5+ years of related work experience
• 5+ years of experience managing performance of suppliers and/or vendors
• 5+ years of experience in QA and process inspection, preferably from within the Aerospace
• Experience analyzing data and identifying and monitoring KPIs
• Intermediate or higher proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time may be required
• Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements as a U.S. Person
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field of study (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of AS9100/9120 Standards
• Experience with SAP
• Internal and/or External Auditing training/qualifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Procedures and work instruction writing experience
• Strong work ethic

Demonstrates expertise in Supplier Performance Management, including data analysis, KPI monitoring, and compliance with AS9100/9120 Standards. Proficient in managing vendor relationships and maintaining accurate supply chain records while ensuring adherence to U.S. export control compliance requirements.
