Intel Foundry is increasing its investment in defect metrology technology and is seeking a Defect Metrology Technician to optimize tools for world-class production. You will analyze defects, maintain metrology equipment, and collaborate with Yield/Defect Metrology teams to drive process improvements.
This role supports a compressed work week with availability on all shifts (4/5/6/7) across Fab
52/42/32/12 facilities, reporting to the Yield/Defect Metrology department.
