We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Inspector to join our Telecom team in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of telecommunications infrastructure and installations. This position involves fieldwork, inspections, and collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain high standards in our telecom services.

• Site Inspections:
  Conduct thorough inspections of telecom fiber construction sites and equipment, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Documentation:
  Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings, including any deficiencies or required corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of inspections and communicate results to project managers.
• Quality Assurance:
  Monitor the quality of work performed by contractors and service providers. Verify that installations meet technical specifications and safety standards.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with engineers, project managers, and construction teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  Stay up-to-date with local, state, and federal regulations regarding telecom infrastructure. Ensure all work is compliant with these regulations.
• Problem-Solving:
  Identify potential issues during inspections and recommend solutions to enhance the quality and efficiency of installations.
• Construction Reporting:
  Utilize construction inspection software and tools to document findings and communicate with the team in real-time.
