Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Quality Technician Lead in Phoenix, Arizona for a temp-to-hire opportunity!
Pay rate is $23-$26/hour. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with OT as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Support daily Quality Assurance activities, including receiving inspection, product validation, concessions, and adherence to SOPs/SIPs.
- Prepare and maintain PPAP, FMEA, PFMEA, corrective action, and quality reports.
- Serve as the primary quality contact for Distribution Center operations.
- Support the Quality Management System (QMS), including SOPs, metrics, trending, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor complaint management, non-conformances, CAPA/8D, deviations, batch records, product release, calibration, document control, and record retention.
- Assist with internal and external audits and ISO Management Reviews.
- Identify and resolve product and process issues through effective problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop and implement local quality procedures as needed.
- Maintain the Risk, Opportunity, and Continuous Improvement Matrix.
- Promote compliance with company quality policies, procedures, and applicable standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma required;
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred. - Minimum 2 years of Quality experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- ERP experience, such as Epicor, preferred.
- Experience preparing quality reports, PPAPs, and corrective action documentation.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
