This is a full-time, on-site role based in Downtown Phoenix, AZ, for an Acquisition Specialist. The Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating property leads, performing market research and property analysis, negotiating deals with property owners, and assisting in the acquisition process. Additionally, responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate markets, building relationships with property owners and investors, and managing key aspects of acquisition programs.

• Strong skills in Acquisitions and Program Management
• Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate property potential
• Excellent Communication skills, including negotiation and relationship-building
• Experience conducting Market Research and staying informed on real estate trends
• Knowledge of real estate and property transactions is a plus
• Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively

• $3,000 / Monthly Base Salary
• 15 percent commission fee every deal you get closed
