Our client located in Phoenix, AZ is looking to add a Real Estate Representative with shopping center real estate experience to support a growing commercial real estate portfolio. This is a direct hire.

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Representative to support strategic retail growth initiatives across multiple markets. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, negotiating, and advancing new site opportunities while supporting long-term portfolio strategy and market expansion.
Real Estate Representative works directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop multi-year real estate plans, drive deal flow, and strengthen broker and community relationships.
Your role is to be a proactive dealmaker who thrives in a data-driven, relationship-focused environment, this role offers strong exposure and meaningful impact.
Responsibilities- Proactively source and evaluate new retail site opportunities
- Draft and negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs)
- Analyze market rents, zoning, traffic counts, population data, and site functionality
- Track and manage deal pipeline across multiple markets
- Conduct demographic and competitive market analysis
- Develop market surveys, tour books, and strategic site presentations
- Present strategic recommendations and deal updates to senior leadership
- Serve as primary contact for listing brokers and property owners
- Organize and conduct site tours
- Participate in client meetings and strategic planning sessions
- Interface with economic development professionals and community partners
- Represent the company at ICSC events and trade shows
- Support networking and business development efforts
- 5+ years of experience in commercial shopping center real estate, not interested in office, industrial, or other areas of real estate
- Active ICSC membership required
- Arizona Real Estate Salesperson License (required); if you do not have one, you must obtain the license within the first 60 days of employment
- Strong LOI drafting and negotiation experience
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Smart Sheet, and Co Star
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and passport with possible travel to Canada and Mexico
