PositionLeasing Consultant – The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property.
Responsibilities- Property leasing and administration
- Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
- Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease
- Close sales by generating leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and completing follow-up
- Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in
- Assist with lease audits, walk units, and turn processes
- Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to prospect leads within 24 hours
- Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic and achieve leasing goals
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed
- Address resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction
- Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs (e.g., events, promotions, monthly newsletter)
- Help with general upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model
- Marketing and outreach: assist in implementing annual marketing plan outreach and conduct market surveys/analyses
- Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; complete weekly market survey report
- Customer and resident relations: manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround
- Project a favorable image of the community to meet property objectives and public recognition
- Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required
- Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- Regularly move about to accomplish tasks; communicate with others; and perform repetitive motions
- Frequently ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and ramps; may remain in a stationary position for extended periods
- Occasionally move in different positions to work in various environments; able to lift or move objects up to 25 lbs.
- Work overtime, weekends, and night hours as needed for emergencies; work in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions
Compensation and benefits
- Salary Range: $20 per hour to $23 per hour
- Compensation decisions consider skill set, background, training, and certifications

- Full-time employees receive paid sick days and company holidays
