Overview

Our client located in Phoenix, AZ is looking to add a Real Estate Representative with shopping center real estate experience to support a growing commercial real estate portfolio. This is a direct hire.

Responsibilities
  • Site Identification & Deal Management
    • Proactively source and evaluate new retail site opportunities
    • Draft and negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs)
    • Analyze market rents, zoning, traffic counts, population data, and site functionality
    • Track and manage deal pipeline across multiple markets
    • Conduct demographic and competitive market analysis
    • Develop market surveys, tour books, and strategic site presentations
    • Present strategic recommendations and deal updates to senior leadership
  • Broker & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Serve as primary contact for listing brokers and property owners
    • Organize and conduct site tours
    • Participate in client meetings and strategic planning sessions
    • Interface with economic development professionals and community partners
  • Industry Representation
    • Represent the company at ICSC events and trade shows
    • Support networking and business development efforts
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial shopping center real estate. Not interested in office, industrial, or other areas of real estate.
  • Active ICSC membership required.
  • Arizona Real Estate Salesperson License (required). If you do not have it at the time of the offer you must obtain the license within the first 60 days of employment.
  • Strong LOI drafting and negotiation experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Smart Sheet, and CoStar.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and passport with possible travel to Canada and Mexico.
