Responsibilities- Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget.
- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale.
- Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home.
- Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers.
- Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market.
- Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction.
- Deliver a luxury-level client experience from first contact to closing.
- Must have a valid Real Estate License.
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car.
- Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends.
- 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience.
- Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on luxury properties, is essential.
- Ability to guide clients through the home-buying process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between clients and listing agents, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
- Proficiency in creating and managing essential real estate documents, such as purchase agreements and closing statements.
- Ability to deliver a high-touch, luxury client experience from initial contact through to closing, fostering long-term relationships.
$105,000 - $132,500 yearly
