Position: LEASING CONSULTANT
Location: Audere Apartments;
Biltmore - Phoenix, AZ

Schedule:
Full-time;
Tuesday-Saturday; Weekend availability required

Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $19.00, based on experience

Incentives: Commissions on new leases

Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional, positive, and adaptable attitude
  • Leasing or property management experience is a plus-Yardi experience preferred, but we'll train the right person!
  • Weekend availability required
  • Flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed for vacation or absence coverage
Join Our Team as a Leasing Consultant!

Do you enjoy building connections, delivering outstanding customer service, and bringing energy to every interaction? Banner Property Management is seeking a personable, motivated Leasing Consultant to be the welcoming face of Audere Apartments, a 220-unit community in the Biltmore area of Phoenix, AZ.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our leasing operations-leading property tours, responding to inquiries, guiding prospects through the leasing process, and supporting current residents. You'll also assist with marketing efforts, resident events, and day-to-day operations such as rent collection and lease renewals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective residents through tours, follow-ups, and personalized communication
  • Assist with leasing paperwork, renewals, and rent collection
  • Contribute to marketing and social media initiatives, as well as community events
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property features, availability, and local market trends
  • Provide exceptional customer service that strengthens resident satisfaction and retention
