This position offers strong visibility within the organization, meaningful long-term growth potential, and the opportunity to play a major role in scaling an entrepreneurial regional platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize mapping platforms, demographic tools, and market analytics to identify viable development sites.
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of land opportunities across a variety of residential product types.
  • Perform market research, demographic analysis, and competitive positioning studies.
  • Evaluate site feasibility including zoning, utilities, environmental conditions, access, topography, and entitlement considerations.
  • Coordinate and manage due diligence efforts related to land acquisitions and development pursuits.
  • Research local entitlement and municipal approval processes across various jurisdictions.
  • Analyze impact fees, permitting costs, utility fees, and other development-related expenses.
  • Support senior development leadership throughout acquisition and predevelopment processes.
  • Prepare and negotiate LOIs and assist with purchase agreement negotiations and transaction documentation.
  • Assemble investment summaries, market presentations, aerial exhibits, and comparable transaction analyses.
  • Track land sales activity, market trends, and development pipeline data within targeted regions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience within real estate acquisitions, development, investment sales, capital markets, or related commercial real estate functions.
  • Proven experience sourcing and evaluating a high volume of land or development opportunities.
  • Strong transactional and analytical skill set with experience managing deals through various stages of execution.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and highly driven personality with the ability to operate independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Advanced degree and/or institutional real estate experience is considered a plus.
