Invest Sales Analyst

About the Role:

As a CBRE Investment Sales Analyst on the Net Lease Property Group in Phoenix, you will provide underwriting, analytical, and operational support that powers the team’s investment sales business. You will handle the day-to-day analytical work behind each listing and transaction, including property underwriting and valuation, comparables, lease abstracts,database management, marketing support, document preparation, and transaction coordination, using AI tools to work through a high volume of assignments efficiently.

• Underwrite net lease properties, including Excel-based pricing and valuation models, using established team methods.
• Pull, organize, and analyze sales comparables and on-market comps.
• Prepare lease abstracts.
• Document the assumptions and factors behind each property evaluation, so the team’sreasoning stays clear and repeatable.
• Maintain team databases and records, keeping them accurate and current.
• Prepare listing-specific prospecting call sheets that drive targeted outreach.
• Support opportunity assessment on new business, flagging the deals worth pursuing.
• Assist with marketing materials and property collateral.
• Prepare and coordinate transaction documents.
• Support transaction management from listing through close, keeping deals moving and meeting deadlines.
• Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and factors affecting the net lease market.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE Rise values.
