We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused professional to support the day‑to‑day operations of a residential apartment community. In this role, you will work closely with the property manager to help deliver an exceptional resident experience, maintain efficient office operations, and support leasing, administration, and property upkeep activities.
Responsibilities- Assist with daily property operations to ensure a welcoming, organized, and professional environment.
- Support leasing efforts, including responding to inquiries, scheduling tours, and guiding prospective residents through the application process.
- Provide responsive customer service to current residents and help address questions, concerns, and service requests.
- Prepare lease documents, renewals, notices, and other administrative paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records, files, reports, and resident information in property management systems.
- Coordinate with maintenance and service teams to track work orders and follow up on resident requests.
- Assist with rent collection, delinquency follow‑up, and basic accounting or billing tasks as directed.
- Support move‑in and move‑out processes, including unit inspections and resident communication.
- Help monitor curb appeal, common areas, and overall property presentation.
- Assist with planning and coordinating resident events and community engagement activities.
- Previous experience in property management, leasing, customer service, hospitality, or administrative support is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, courteous approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Comfort using office software and property management systems;
Real Page One-site experience is highly preferred. - Understanding of leasing processes, customer service best practices, and administrative procedures.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in documentation and follow‑through.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Positive, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Strong sense of professionalism and accountability.
- Ability to build rapport with residents, applicants, and team members.
- Flexibility to assist with varied tasks as property needs change.
- Strong rental collection background.
