POSITION OVERVIEW Fidelity National Title is seeking an experienced Commercial Escrow Officer/Closer to support complex commercial real estate transactions, including multi-property and multi-state national transactions. This position has primary responsibility for coordinating escrow and closing activities for Fidelity National Title, its agents, and direct customers. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines while delivering professional, accurate, and responsive service.

LOCATION Phoenix, AZ, in office/onsite position DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate escrow and closing activities for commercial real estate transactions, including complex single-site, multi-site, multi-property, and multi-state transactions.

Prepare complex commercial closing statements and accurately disburse closing funds in accordance with transaction requirements and company procedures.

Conduct closings with customers, real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys, and other transaction parties.

Review and apply applicable legal, title, escrow, and settlement requirements associated with a wide range of commercial transactions.

Calculate premiums, interest, tax pr orations, allocations, commissions, proportions, and other transaction amounts accurately.

Confirm that applicable financial obligations of buyers and sellers have been satisfied before finalizing transactions.

Prepare and review closing documents and complete final closing activities.

Comply with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures, and support adherence by parties involved in the closing process.

Manage multiple transactions and priorities simultaneously while meeting established deadlines and maintaining accuracy and quality.

Use Microsoft applications and Outlook to support communication and workflow management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS2-5 years of prior commercial escrow closing experience.

High school diploma or equivalent education, or a college degree, with demonstrated proficiency in mathematics.

Knowledge of title fulfillment, escrow and settlement procedures, and title insurance principles and procedures as they relate to commercial real estate closings.

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented approach with a demonstrated ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and as a collaborative member of a team.

Proficiency with Microsoft applications and Outlook.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE working in a national commercial title and closing operation within the title industry.

Experience handling multi-property and/or multi-state national commercial real estate transactions.

Real estate experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in a law firm.

Experience using the IMPACT system.
