Position Overview
Clinical Research Associate (CRA) – Worldwide Clinical Trials As a CRA, you will work with clinical sites to support research activities across a range of therapeutic areas, including Cardiovascular, Metabolic, Neuroscience, Oncology, and Rare Diseases.
Responsibilities- Manage research activities at sites participating in Worldwide’s clinical research projects.
- Identify potential sites, conduct site initiation visits (SIVs), and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
- Collect regulatory documents, negotiate contracts and budgets with sites.
- Provide site training to ensure proper data collection and accurate safety reporting.
- Monitor site activities during study maintenance and close down research activities at study completion.
- Maintain site file management and regulatory documentation.
- Collaborate remotely and communicate regularly with line managers, clinical teams, and stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
- Four‑year university degree or Nursing degree.
- Experience in CNS/Neurology and Rare Disease research required.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems.
- Residency on the West Coast of the United States.
- Willingness to travel regionally.
Annual salary range: $97,000 – $193,000 USD (United States). Salary is based on experience, performance, education, and internal equity.
In addition to base salary, the position includes a competitive benefits package that varies by location.
