:
Clinical Research Scientist working from laboratory in Phoenix, AZ. Start date on or before June 30, 2026.
Responsible for leading assay development, validation, and implementation within a high‑complexity clinical laboratory environment. Expertise in molecular techniques, quality assurance, SOP development, instrument verification, and CLIA/CAP compliance is required. Drive data analysis, workflow optimization, and troubleshooting while partnering cross‑functionally to support clinical research and lab operations.
Key responsibilities include:
lead assay development, validation, and implementation; oversee sample analysis; ensure QA and regulatory compliance (CLIA/CAP); support lab operations through SOPs, instrument verification, and technical leadership.

- Bachelor's in Life Science, Biology, or Clinical Laboratory Science and 4–7 years research/development experience, or Master's and 3–5 years experience, or Ph.D. and 1–2 years experience.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency, scientific creativity, successful collaboration with others, and independent thought.
- Minimum 4 years laboratory experience in high‑complexity testing plus QA training or 2 years clinical QA experience.
- Experience with one or more of the following: molecular techniques, digital imaging, multiplex immunolabeling, digital pathology, image analysis or processing, bioinformatics/computational biology.
- Monday–Friday; exempt position, working from our Phoenix, AZ laboratory.
